You already know you should eat better. Let's actually fix the problem.
12 weeks of small-group gut health coaching with Clinical Herbalist Amelia South
You've Googled your symptoms.
You've probably bought probiotics.
Maybe you've tried cutting out gluten. Or dairy. Or sugar. Or practically everything you enjoy eating.
And somehow you're still bloated.
Still running to the bathroom — or wishing you could go to the bathroom.
Still dealing with cravings, brain fog, exhaustion, skin problems, food reactions, or that frustrating feeling that your body just isn't working the way it's supposed to.
You don't need another article telling you to "eat more fiber."
And you don't need another bottle of expensive supplements sitting in your cabinet.
You need to stop guessing.
For 12 weeks, I'm going to help you simplify what you're eating, pay attention to how your body responds, support your digestive system, and slowly build a way of eating that actually works for YOU.
And this time, you won't be trying to figure it all out by yourself.
I'm not interested in giving you a list of foods you're never allowed to eat again.
And I'm definitely not interested in making you afraid of food.
We're going to use food strategically.
For the first month, we'll dramatically simplify your diet together.
Why?
Because when you're eating dozens of different ingredients, processed foods, sugar, snacks, restaurant meals and foods your body may not tolerate particularly well, it can be incredibly difficult to figure out what is actually affecting you.
So we're going to quiet some of that noise.
Then we're going to pay attention.
And after that?
We rebuild.
Then we begin adding things back and learning what YOUR body actually does with them.
The goal isn't to eat a restrictive diet forever.
The goal is to understand yourself well enough that you don't have to keep guessing.
MONTH ONE: RESET
For the first four weeks, we're doing this together.
You'll follow my structured Gut Reset eating plan while learning how to observe changes in your digestion, bowel movements, bloating, energy, sleep, cravings, skin and the rest of your body.
And we're going to meet every single week during this phase.
Because I already know what's going to happen.
You're going to have questions (probably about your poop).
You're going to wonder what the hell you're supposed to make for breakfast.
You're going to go grocery shopping and start reading labels.
You're going to discover that the rest of your family still expects to eat.
And at some point you may desperately miss a food you've eaten for the last 30 years.
That's exactly why I'm not handing you a PDF and wishing you luck.
We'll work through it together.
MONTH TWO: REBUILD
Once we've established our foundation, we'll begin focusing more deliberately on supporting your digestive system and gut environment.
We'll talk about things like whole foods, probiotics and prebiotics, fermented foods, hydration, digestive support, herbs and food as medicine.
You'll continue paying attention to your body's response while we troubleshoot what's working — and what isn't.
During Months Two and Three, we'll meet every other week so you have time between sessions to actually live the plan instead of constantly learning about it.
MONTH THREE: REINTRODUCE
This may be the most important part.
Because eventually you have to live your life. You need to be able to go to a restaurant. Go on vacation. Have dinner with your family. Walk past a birthday cake without believing you've somehow failed at gut health.
So we're going to start figuring out what YOUR normal looks like.
We'll carefully experiment with reintroducing foods and observe what happens.
You'll learn which foods seem to work beautifully for your body, which ones don't, and which ones you may be able to enjoy occasionally.
We'll also talk about something most gut programs conveniently ignore:
Why you keep eating things you already know don't make you feel good.
Cravings, stress, comfort eating and old habits aren't always solved by knowing more about nutrition.
Sometimes the problem isn't that you don't know what to eat. The problem is what happens in the moment when you decide not to eat it.
We'll start looking at that, too.
This is the part I think matters most.
You can buy my Gut Healing Protocol and do this yourself.
In fact, if that's what you want, you absolutely should.
But some people don't need more information.
They need support implementing the information they already have.
That's what this program is for.
For 12 weeks, you'll have a small group of people going through the same process alongside you — and you'll have me there to teach, answer questions, troubleshoot and help you understand what you're noticing.
Not a Facebook group full of strangers giving you health advice.
Not Google.
Not another influencer telling you that one magical supplement fixed her entire life.
An actual Clinical Herbalist helping you learn how to listen to your own body.
Your 12-week program includes:
8 Live Group Coaching Sessions with Amelia
We'll meet weekly during the first month, when you need the most support, and every other week during Months Two and Three.
The Complete Gut Healing Protocol
My existing gut-health guide gives you the educational foundation and resources we'll use throughout the program.
The Month One Gut Reset Eating Plan
Clear guidance about what we're eating during our initial Reset phase.
Your 12-Week Gut Healing Workbook

Printable Food & Body Diary
For anyone who wants to look more closely at the relationship between what they're eating and how they're feeling.
Live Q&A + Troubleshooting
Bring your questions to our calls. We'll talk about what's happening, what's difficult and what you're noticing.
Call Recordings
Can't make a session? You'll be able to watch the recording afterward.
It probably is.
Everybody's body is different.
That's why I WANT you asking questions during our calls.
But there's an important difference between answering a question and doing an individual health assessment.
If I need to know your complete health history, medications, supplements, symptoms and other personal information before I can responsibly answer something, I'll tell you.
That's when your question belongs in a private appointment rather than a group Zoom call.
Members of this program will have the option to book a private Gut Reset Consultation with me for $199 when individual assessment is needed.
You don't have to purchase one.
It's simply there if we discover that you need more individualized help than I can appropriately provide in the group.
You're tired of bloating, digestive problems or unpredictable bowel habits.
You're confused about which foods actually work for your body.
You've tried supplements or probiotics without really knowing whether they're helping.
You know your diet needs to change but struggle to actually change it.
You've tried doing this by yourself and eventually slipped back into old habits.
You want someone knowledgeable to answer your questions when things don't go according to plan.
And most importantly:
You're willing to actually change what you're doing.
Because I can teach you.
I can support you.
I can help you troubleshoot.
I can give you recipes and ideas and answer a million questions about what the hell you're supposed to eat.
But I can't do it for you.
You have to be willing to participate.
I'm intentionally keeping the first group small.
Maximum 12 participants.
I want enough people that you benefit from the experience and questions of the group, but few enough that I can actually know who you are and pay attention to what's happening.
Your enrollment includes the complete 12-week program, all eight live sessions, program materials and recordings.
