You fill out my intake form, we schedule a time to talk, then I create an herbal, nutritional, and health evaluation for you based on our time together. First Phone (or Zoom) call is approximately 1 hour, followed by my evaluation and recommendation notes. Comes with two 30-minute follow up appointments (so you can see your progress!), schedule TBD after evaluation is complete.
