Limited number available, to help me get my Clinical Certification. You fill out my intake form, we schedule a time to talk, then I create an herbal, nutritional, and health evaluation for you based on our time together. First Phone (or Zoom) call is approximately 1 hour, followed by my evaluation and recommendation notes. Comes with one 30-minute follow up appointment.
