You fill out my intake form, we schedule a time to talk, then I create an herbal, nutritional, and health evaluation for you based on our time together. First Phone (or Zoom) call is approx. 1 hour, followed by my evaluation and recommendation notes. Comes with one 30-minute follow up appointment. Offer expires after 6 months. Use it or lose it.
